Splitting Battery Cable

How do you neatly split the main battery cable to a 6 fuse box. The cable is too big to fit in the crimped terminal. I have currently soldered the crimp terminals together in a row and solder the battery cable to the first terminal, I think it looks Pants

Open to suggestions

The thick main batt cable goes directly to the starter motor, smaller wire (30 Amp) is attached to the batt terminal which then feeds the main fuse box.

I like that idea looks very neat, by the sounds of it i'm trying to use to thick a cable, I'll give it a go with thinner cable.

Wire from the live side of the starter solenoid to either a Midi or fuse holder with a suitable fuse.
A midi fuse holder will accept up to 16mm^2 cable but 10mm^2 70amp should be OK Rescued attachment midifuseholder1.jpg

I've got one of those but i've put that directly on the battery then feeding the fuses.

Is that wrong?
