original battery location

Does anyone know where the battery and fuse boxes were location on the original sevens? I am wondering if there is better location than on the platform in front of the scuttle.

Nothing like blowing your own trumpet. You might need to separate it from the passenger compartment or make sure it's very securely bolted down for safety purposes.

yours, Pete

I went into the RSPCA office the other day. It was so small you could hardly swing a cat in there.

Has anyone mounted it on the floor in the engine bay, near the side? Seems like a rather dead space that could use some filling. Granted it may move the CG forward slightly, but that can be compensated for. And the heat shouldn't effect it to terribly is mounted on the intake side of the engine. That is my current plan when I get that far, any thought?

I think Westfield mount it just in front of the engine in the area to the side and behind the rad. Leaves room for heater. Also worth looking out for nice small battery as it shouldn't be working too hard.
