I spent quite a bit researching various digital dashes and nothing ended up touching the acewells on price v function

PS: Russ, you owe me!

I bought a digidash I had to save up a bit 'cos they are not cheap..... BUT
Really easy to set up plug your lap top in to do this ,speedo warning lamps

The backup is superb phoned a few times, they keep a record of your dash, so they can tell you what to do etc.

the add ons are good lap timer, speed camera's can all be added later

Oh and the best bit with their colour coded wiring diagram it is really easy

I am really chuffed with mine and as you can guess I would recommend saving up a bit and get one

bought mine direct

Everytime I watch a video clip of a car on track, fitted with a digidash, the display just seems to flash randomly and give no relevant information whatsoever. Not sure if the display is the same when driving on road though...........

Just the multiplexing of the display faster than the eye (so looks o.k.) can see but fuddles cameras...

Dash Led's are often strobed so videos will not see them like us.

I made my own dash.
Bright red LED's for speed very easy to read.

Bar graph LED's for rev's not as goods as a analog (needle).

Saw THESE (Linky) at stoneleigh
Search for RX2

look good
Know idea how good though.
