Shakedown breakdown

Just waiting for the rescue truck to recover me back to the workshop.....
Seems the standing and lack of use doesnt do these cars any good.
It was running a bit rough but cleared up for 20 miles before getting to the undriveable.
Me thinx its the crap in the carbs that done it.
Oh well here we go again...another night dedicated to the car...

Had the same problem with mine the other week bits of grit blocking the main jets, still haven figured out how it got in the carb's in the first place.

Chin up at least its not raining

Spotted the pictures on facebook didn't read the description just assumed they were just some pics you had taken next to a nice stone wall

She has had new seats, new wheels, firewall moved forward, foot wells enlarged and a diff repacement that didnt happen cause we need shafts and are still buying that


However we are just back from a blat after sorting the gremlins out.
Mac found the plug to the ecu had worked its way loose.
So its readjust the handbrake and lower the pressure in the tyres...then we are off for a blast round the north...
Just found out rockness is on so the first stop is Aviemore
ps yes we were blatting a 1 am in the morning
