Someone launched it at the camera i guess?
- I do find it very weird how clear the images are.
- The one seems particularly high and snoopy!

I reckon someone has left a pair of pliers on top of the camera van that drives around. Hence the image seems to be in the sky.

i agree with that, if it was thrown, the picture would be no where as clear and close

Look down a bit, click forward once, then click left three times..... two young gentlemen appear on top of the BT Junction box

Mystery solved unless I'm very much mistaken
