rubber flooring for tin top?

I'm plannng to kit out SWMBOs new Alhambra with rubber flooring to protect the carpet and make it easy to clean.

I've checked out Woolies and a few other vehicle trim places, but black ribbed rubber matting is dearer than I thought - like £15+ a metre and I need about 3 metres.

Any ideas where else to look?

Cheers
Nick

I got some thick rubber mat in a roll from B&Q it was about 1200 wide about 4m long. It has a checker plate design on it and cost about £15.

I'm cutting it and using for floor in kit

It's not generally her that's the problem (she's pretty tidy all round really) it's 3 kids, 3 nieces, 1 nephew and their associated detritus (+ the odd run down the tip)
