Must say credit when credits due, each time I have purchased from McGill service and delivery have been second to none, today they went above and
beyond.
If only all suppliers were this good

Cant disagree, helped me out at sva! faxed copies of some rose joint spec sheets to the sva office at Beverley.
Yep seem to be all round good eggs!

same ere i had some guages from them 1 of which was faulty, i rang them on a sat dinnertime and they replaced it no questions asked they didnt even
ask for the gauge to be returned and the replacement arrived on the tuesday
very happy with them

Ive used them 2 or 3 times now and was very happy.
Nice to see ebay businesses (which is where i guess most of their trade is done) making a good name for themselves.

I've used them a number of times, very good service.
I did have an issue that I one part of an order was missing - but i only noticed 3 months later when i opened the packet and it was (in my view) a bit
late to contact them so i let them have the extra couple of quid.
Used them recently and again very happy with the service.

Mostly very good, but I got a bearing housing off them that was slacker than a... errr... slack thing
Other than that all good.
If disfunction is a function, then I must be some kind of genius.
