Reverse light/sensor switch...

Folks, the reverse lights/sensors stopped working on my Grand Espace (IV) recently and, whilst I got the car booked in to the garage (on 6/1) I'd rather try and fix myself.

So, does anyone have any idea where the switch might be (it's a 2l diesel 2011).

Thanks

It'll be a 2wire/terminal switch. Probably near the selectors (cant recall) with probably a 19 or 21mm hex body. Short the 2 wires together and if the lights come on you've confirmed it's the switch.

They're usually above oil level but be prepared for oil loss if not. You can usually get old one out and new in without losing much if you're quick. Be careful to check for a washer under it allowing that can effect operation.
