Not much in it tbh, only a couple of secs slower round brands than yours anyway. It's very much a different sort of fun though. I do need my
enthusiasm rekindled, but ive never been out in a 7 style car and always wanted my first time to be in my own. Dont know if I have the patience to
wait that long tho!!

Unfortunately more than a couple. This is a vid of me following my mate around brands.
he is not the slowest driver i know but was about 4 secs a lap off of me. 59s I think. You can hear that I am not exactly trying to keep up, other
than on the straights where it has longer legs.
That was a few years back and my driving / car development is in a different ball game. I think I would be around low 53s now.

I dont doubt the clio is fun. You will forget about it once the striker is on track though!!

Booked for the Friday 12th thanks for the heads up also going monday 8th, will be using kit car if dryish or Golf GT Tdi if wet

Sounds like you've picked up some pace, my basis was on your circa 56 in ya signature, my single lap best is also 59, as your friends, but the
data logger showed a combined best sector time of 57.
If your heading for the 53s then thats a good deal faster, even the clio cup race series when using 182s poled at about 53-54, so certain I
won't ever shave that much off!
Shame we didnt ever share any meaningful laps at rockingham to compare.
