Locost handling characteristics?

For those of you driving/racing completed cars, what is your assessment of the handling traits of this car? Understeers? Oversteers (barring any kind-of hooligan acts to provoke oversteer)? Neutral? Etc...

I ask because, Caterham offers a "Wide Track" kit for their front suspension, widening track by about 60mm. They claim it helps improve turn-in and handling. Would the Locost benefit from this, widening front track by the same or similar amount?

Thanks...
