Which drive shaft ends are you using and how do you tighten the hub nut up? I'm doing something very similar on my Sprite and have been wandering how to best cut the CV cups off.

cheers been doing some research on Binx nuts first time i have ever seen them

THE ALL METAL SELF LOCKING BINX NUT HAS INBUILT METHODS TO RESIST MOVEMENT THROUGH VIBRATION. THE BINX NUT HAS GROOVES CUT INTO THE FACE OF THE NUT, WITH A COMPRESSED TOP. THE ACTION OF THREADING ONTO A BOLT PUSHES AGAINST THE FACE OF THE NUT APPLYING AN OPPOSING FORCE COUNTERING THE THREAT POSED BY VIBRATION OR STRESS.
THE BINX NUT IS ALL METAL AND CAN THEREFORE BE CONFIDENTLY USED IN ENVIRONMENTS CONTAINING OIL, GREASE AND OTHER CONTAMINANTS.
THE BINX NUT CAN BE APPLIED MULTIPLE TIMES DUE TO THE TORQUE RESISTANCE BEEN MAINTAINED AFTER MANY APPLICATIONS

Not sure on the drive shafts as going to be getting them from zcars

the mini forum is quite good for info

Do you have any more close up pics of your front hubs? They're the bits I'm interested in.

Brilliant! Thanks for that. Is there a hex or flat on the back of the stub axle/driveshaft end? They look about as cut down as I was going to do mine, but I've been debating how to then tighten the hub nut up without the brakes.
