What width body are they for Darren, and how much do they cost?

Cheers

Darren sell's De-dion axles for both book width and wide body (+4") cars. However as far as I know the only difference is the spacing of the trailing arm and shock mounting brackets, both use standard Sierra driveshafts etc. so on a book sized car you will have +4" greater track than an escort axle would give (might be wrong though!). You also need to do a bit of modification of the frame at the rear to fit the axle, not difficult though.

My chassis was built for the DeDion so I'm hoping no more mods required
I'm building 442 style which was why I wondered what width they are, but as you say the important size is the trailing arm and shock brackets

Cheers

Has anyone heard from John recently? I have two U2Us out to him that have not yet been read (one dating back to September 21st). Last I heard, he had injured his arm in a biking incident, but he was on the mend.

Thanks,
Shaun

I've tried a few times to make contact but no luck, I just presumed he was busy at work!

John sent me a message today. Unfortunately, he has been in hospital for the past couple of weeks as a result of complications to his arm injury. He is now recovering and I hope that he will be back to full health shortly.

As an aside, he advises that he will get my shipment out as soon as possible, so I would assume the same for anyone else who is waiting. That said, I've asked him to take care of his health first!

Hope this helps.

Shaun
