wanted, track day car. cheap only.

i am thinking of taking my anger out on the track. So, after a VERY cheap, RWD prefered, car sutable to be stipped out, rollbar'd up etc, and tracked.

dont have to be pretty, but has to be good for tracking, and again, cheap.

would prefer not to travel to far, but for the right car, i might do.

U2U me the info please.

ford/vauxhall/japs/BMW etc etc.

would love a suitable kit, but gona be out of budget, so will make do with a tintop thingy.........

fuckit

How cheap is cheap? Would you consider something like a 205 GTi or old Golf GTi type of car?

Get an MX5 from 1990/91, take all the trim out and anything else that might be fitted but not needed (aircon etc).

That's about as good a handling car you can get for the money, and there's loads of them about, so plenty of parts whenh it gets pranged

I have an XR2i track car up for sale.

It is stripped out with composite bodied bucket, willans 5 point harness and flocked lightweight dash. Has a 2litre zetec fitted with iduction kit and stainless tubular manifold. Full stainless two box side exit system. GAZ coilover adjustable suspension all round and running slicks with plenty of meat left.

Lots of fun on track.

I only want £800 for it. Worth more than that in bits but i need the space in the workshop for another project so it has to go.

Let me know if you are interested and i will mail you some picks.

Doug.
