I used their web site to apply for some. Kept gettign voice mails from this pompos guy i didnt answer.
then out of the blue 6 weeks later it came!

i think fairly liquid can degrade some kind of rubbers?
Looking at the bottle I have, it looks a bit like a latex emulsion.
