I don't recommend....

.........pointing out to the missus where you fill the gearbox with oil just after the engine has been running = "Oh dear, I seem to have burnt my forearm on the exhaust manifold. What a stupid thing to do."

Another trip to Casualty for me then today

That makes three trips so far!

Cheers

Don't be a wussie, run it under the cold tap for 2 minutes and then run the cheese grater over it to get rid of the loose bits. Another good tip if you cut yourself is a tourniquet round the neck, but don't forget to loosen it every 5 minutes or so. Have they got a seat in there with your name on it yet, that's when they get familiar and they start asking your advice on stuff like minor abrasion techniques.

yours, Pete

I went into the RSPCA office the other day. It was so small you could hardly swing a cat in there.

Maybe a Red Cross tent in the yard is in order to save gas.....?

I'd rather have a bottle in front of me than a frontal labotomy...
