Gearbox and diff oils

Hi, just wondering if anyone can tell me which diff oil (Sierra) and type 9 gearbox oil is the best ? Cheers

note the GL4, that is (probably) important!

Diff from the same car likely to require the same oil, though I believe originally specced at ep90, poss GL5?

Over the years i've run all sorts in the type 9 boxes (standard, tranx and now spc) including the Coma oil and the best i've found is Redline MTL 75w80. Quicker, cleaner, crisper gear changes in all temperatures.
