All about the money
Just read this, makes u realise that the police arnt even trying to hide that they are doing it for the money now. And how does obstructing an officer
warrant a driving conviction????

I have been convicted of breaking the law because I was trying to stop others from doing so. It is totally unjust.

Thats what I was trying to figure out, why the f**k was he banned.
Years ago people used to warn others that they were approaching a speed trap by flashing thier lights miserable bastards dont anymore, they still do in
France tho which tells you lots about the average brits mentallity.
Steps off soap box.
Cheers,
Bob

i always flash my lights to warn people
if im challenged I would say that someone had a bird stuck in their grille or summat
best thing is to say nothing to the police in interview - even with the caution. I did talk when I got cammed when i wouldnt admit it was me and it
was only my own words that got me - they would have nowt if id have refused to talk against the caution

Can somebody open a temporary account?
I'm willing to donate 2£.
If all of the regular visitors do the same it will at least make the burden a bit lighter for this Samaritan.
Perhaps this forum can make it to the newspapers!

this is diriculous, what is the reason for speed traps=> to reduce speeds is accident blackspots
what was the old boy doing=>reducing speed in an accident blackspot, and probably with more sucess than the coppers
the only difference is the police didn't get paid for it, i have often thought about doing what the old boy did guess i won't now

it just goes to say that the police are no longer doing it for the safety of the public (which was the main arguement when they first started putting
cameras all over the countryside) and now they are doing ti to generate more income to fund more cameras
Ba**ards
good luck to the old guy!
