That is a prime example of the type of S***T that goes on in Africa. The other is MUTI killings a very dark side of mankind that you would never want
to see.
Fraud skimming and theft of aid sent form the west is a full time business. The 619 works because of greed.......both ends!!!!!!! Having lived on that
end of the earth all I can say is it will get no better ever.
