Way O/T question, as per the title, if you've lived around there, live fairly near or have any general info re the area
I'm looking at a possible property investment there & it's about 350 miles away so not gonna be popping up there too frequently!
Just wanted a general feel for the area, looks reasonable on Street View, specifically the area around Owen St., Church Lane, Derwent Rd. near the
Siciliano restaurant
