Does anybody know where you can spare blades for one of these?

I know B&Q did replacement blades for pipe cutters,
may be usable ?

Have you got a local pikey/traveller camp?

If so go see them, aledgedly this is the tool they use to steal cats off cars

Your local plumbers merchant should be able to help with pipe cutter blades.

Screwfix have them, although not far off the price of a new cutter.

Will those general pipe cutting blades work for steel tube or is it just copped etc. I did two cuts on a nasty old exhaust pipe under my car and the blades were knackered!

I have used my Rothenberger pipe cutter many times to cut 18-20mm 1.5mm steel tube with no issues. I guess the blades are a bit better than cheap exhaust cutters.
