Living in Warrington -Which parts are nice?

Daughter is currently living in Latchford but wants to move on and I'm hoping that some one on here may have local knowledge that can help her find after good place to stay. It seems to be a very mixed town so any tips much appreciated!

Stockton Heath and Appleton are very nice but pricey.
Grappenhall is nice too.
Cinnamon brow has areas too
