Large hotel for 250 people France Belgium Holland

The background is that one of my car clubs does a european event in early September. And the last night we all stay in the same hotel, have a BBQ type dinner and beers. Ideally within 100 miles or so south/east of Calais
We have been using a large hotel that was a monastry, but they have been taken over and are now a PITA and horribly expensive.

So I am hoping somebody here can guide me to with a particular venue, or what to search for. Google is useless if I search for "hotel for 250 guests"

Price range will be up to £100ish for a twin/double room. So not top end, but should find something sensible I hope.

Any pointers?

I have been to a couple of triumph international events, but that was a long time ago
one was
Beekse Bergen in Hilvarenbeek

you could also look at places like
Duinrell just north of The Hague

excellent for the bulb fields (but not in sept!),

This is a Triumph event. 10 countries in 5 days, usually 2000 miles or so.
I will take a peek at your suggestion. But I wish I knew what search terms to use. Large hotel/ conference hotel etc don't work.

Just call a nice looking hotel and ask for block booking options. They will usually fall over backwards trying to help and reduce the price.

Hi

Just in case it still helps, google this:-

Château de Montvillargenne

I've stayed at this hotel, it is not quite what it appears to be, in that it looks Amazing, and some of it is, some of the rooms are fantastic, the building is likewise, but it's also got some rooms that are akin to a premier inn, some bits of the decor could do with an update..

But approach it with;- do a deal for circa your budget.. which the various booking sites get close too, and not pay their rack rate of circa £250... and it'll tick most of your box's I think.

HTH
