This is my 1994 Yamaha TZ250: -

Description
Description

It is a purpose-built 250cc GP bike. It was never designed to go anywhere near a public road (unless that road was closed, such as the TT. It came second at the IoM Manx GP in '96! ). There is no way that I'd ever get it through an SVA!

Burn the meddling pricks....

And just how would they prove that my TZ actually exists? Idiots.....

Frank Melling (the bloke who wrote the article) is a dude though - he rides a fantastically rapid Suzuki T500 (circa late '60s) that is as fast at Oliver's Mount Hillclimb as my TZ!

Doesn`t the road trafic act 2006 make it illegal to own a car uninsured even if it is not used on the road, even in a garage.
So at what point do we start breaking the law with our builds? When the wheels are on, when the bodywork is done?

No I don't think it does, provided it is not in use on a public road etc
