how do i add a photo to my profile?
I havent got a clue?????
Anyone able point me in the right direction.

Go to control panel/options and select help.
But basically you add the url of a picture you want to use - so it has to be on the web somewhere. Easiest thing is upload it to your photo archive
and then link to it there. Once it's in your archive, open it up, right click on it and select properties. Highlight the http address and copy
- paste this into the avatar box under edit profile in your control panel page.

You need to reduce the size of that picture somewhat - usual protocol is no more than 150 pixels wide.

Use a picture editing program like Paint Shop Pro or photshop. Alternatively, email it to me and I'll sort it.
