can someone please let me know what would be the difference in the insurance if i had a bike engine in my car.I am trying to order a chassis and want
to let the guy know.If it is more in england it will definately hurt my pocket here. Thanks

I'm afriad I don't know, but I do know that car insurance in ireland is RIDICLOUS! So much more than the UK.
My sister really suffers and she's only got a little swift!

mine went up by 100quid, then i managed to get them to change policies and it is now £40 more.

I pay about £200 for comprihensive cover on my BEC, with limited milage, garaged and as a second car. I was told by the insurance broker that a BEC
is more expensive to insure than a V8. That said, Kit Car insurance is much cheaper than ordinary insurance and so the BEC is slightly cheaper than
my Peugeot.
