Try contacting Laserman on RHOCaR - not sure if he comes on here, but would think he does but can't find him.
Send him a gasket as a template and he'll laser cut one to what ever thickness you want.

ah, good call! you just reminded me of someone else who might be able to help too. i was too busy thinking of people who already sell them (shops) and forgetting of waterjet/laser cutting folks
