Question on X Flow Water pump pully

My new X Flow water pump has (as normal) four bolt mount for pully. Problem is, the threads and centre hub are different than the two pully's I have ? They both have larger bolt holes and a larger centre hole ?
I have a pump that I got from Chris but it is different from the one fitted on the engine ??
Anyone know where to get a pully to fir this pump ?

I think thats the Crank pully you are refering to, i have a steel crank pully, this is the water pump pully that is giving the grief.
Thanks anyway

Can you accurately measure the diameter of the centre hole that you require and I'll see if I have one.

has the centre spigot on the pump got threads on it? it could be one for use with a viscous fan coupling, you can get a different pump i think.

the bolts have changed to m8 metric from unc from memory on new aftermarket pumps.

thanks for the response. Pully I have but doesnt fit is 23mm internal dai.
Pully shaft on new water pump I have is 20mm dia.
The existing pully when mated up to the water pump hits the pump body aslo so is effectivly too deep
Any assitance appreciated

Is it one from a fiesta engine, the newer HCS or valencia? worth a look in the scrapyard for one.

yours, Pete.

I went into the RSPCA office the other day. It was so small you could hardly swing a cat in there.

Sorry, but why don't you go to your local motor factors and ask for the proper pump?

Very good !
I am assuming that this pump is an updated version of the origional and it would be nice to get the correct pully for it.
Only asking if some of the more knowledgable out there could help !
