Propshaft design & build

I wish to connect a 4speed 'Bullet' 'box to 4x4 sierra LSD with a maximum power output of around 160BHP. Due to limited
space in the transmission tunnel, what sort of diameter prop-shaft will I get away with?

And

Has anybody got any experience with any companies in the East-midlands (England) who could build me such a prop?

Cheers, Andy

MK Engineering should be able to help you out with modifying a pro to suit.

Andy,

They aren't in the East Midlands, but I used AutopropUK (Mike Barrett) - (autopropuk.co.uk).

Tell him what you want, and he'll do the rest.

My prop connects Rover V8 LT77 box to Sierra diff. Rated to 400bhp etc etc.

£96 + delivery/VAT.
