normal gearbox oil for the T9 box - SAE80 or equivelant i think it is?

its the MT75 gearbox that requires a special oil and the T9 aint fussy

Honestly cant remember the viscosity that is required, but it is best to ensure that the oil is GL4 specification. GL5 spec makes the syncro rings less effective apparently....

Dont just build it.....make it!

87 sierra will be a T9 - MT75 was only fitted to the following sierras

DOHC 2.0i and carb model
2.9i V6 4x4
2.0i DOHC 4x4
Cosworth 4x4

rest were T9, apart from the 2wd cosworth which was a T5
