don't write OT on a new thread title, you're creating the topic, everything you write is very much ON topic!

Hi Mate the pipe work looks very nice
Can i ask about the way you have piped it up
have you tried it on the road yet ?
there is just two things that i am not sure about
on my car the pipe coming out the inlet manifold [ you have blocked ] goes to the top of the header tank and the bottom of the tank gose to the 5/8th pipe on the water pump
doing it this way gets air out the head
having said that if your way works ignore me

you dont have to plumb that in,most race cars block it off,it dont realy make much odds, some people will disagree,
what have you done with the small outlet on the stat??have you blocked it off??

I've done mine very similar to yours, jp; see my archive pics.
From the pump to rad lower (Polo), I used:
38-32 reducer hose,
32 Al joiner,
135 degree 32 mm elbow,
32-32-15 Tee, (15mm goes to header tank)
and a wiggly hose.

I still haven't resolved the fluctuating level with the system unpressurised - maybe it settles under pressure.
We'll see when my hands recover a bit more (after getting well soaked in ATF)
