wayhey!!! she runs!!!!

Big thanks to all who've helped get this far... you know who you are 2 days of being grumpy ended today, idles as well as it can without the maf/lamba and many more sensors fitted. Sounds kind of cheeky too. Please ignore the wires everywhere, they're next on my list to tidy up now I know how to get it running. Need to sort out why the fuel pump won't run off its relays though.... the switched ground from the ECU isn't switching so there must be a stray wire! Either that or have a dead mans switch on the dash. On course for a spring IVA fingers crossed

Sounds fruity. bmw straight 6 engines will never fail to disappoint the thing will be an animal when its done. are you actually the first person to do the straight 6 on the gkd?

could be my 5p computer speakers but it sounds like it has a very slight misfire

edit.

ps your dog seems to have grown its leg back. also change the tyres they wont keep you on the road with all that power

This is the first with an m3 engine, there's one being built with a 328 engine too which should be on the road soon, mine won't be till next year

The 3 legged dog is still around the one in the video is the worlds most loyal apprentice The T1-R's are just about spot on for the power/weight of the car from checking around, especially as it'll be 70% road use.

Must be your 5p computer speakers, my 8p ones don't sound like it It sounds like its going to cut out when the revs drop before the ECU catch's it, does seem to idle quite well at 900rpm, all things being equal it should be spot on once the lamba/MAF and other air recirculation pipes are connected. Chuffed isn't the word!

interesting..... i'll have to see how I get on, what does your car weigh? I was told the t1r's are designed for 620kg plus cars thats why they're no good on BEC's.
