Wheel bearing seals

Morning all.

My wheel bearing seals on the Riot arnt as good as they used to be... Does anybody know the part numbers of them front and back?
Rear hubs are xr2i fronts I think?
Fronts are Capri??
It's the original riot if that makes a difference?

Help please
Thanks
Phil

I'd start at a Ford dealer and ask there - my local one was very helpful and asked me to take my MK Indy in when road legal.

Failing that a good motor factor should be able to help with parts to suit.

The other place to try may be Burton Power - pretty knowledgeable on Ford parts.

If you look at the face of the seal you should see a series of numbers, should be three of them I think. Just quote those to a seal supplier and they should be able to supply. Probably find that they are cheaper this way as well rather than Burton or Ford.

Ah, looks like as it is an OE seal they dont mark it up the same. The numbers I use refer to the shaft size, OD and the thickness of the seal, eg 38-56-12. If you want to measure things and let the seal supplier now they could probably find one to suite.
