CVH cylinder head swap

Hi all, Iam currently running a 1.6 CVH with the original head type D91SM 6090 BA year 1992
Does anyone know if a 86SM 6090 BE year 1987 would fit, as I want to fit twin 40s and the latter would make life easier with the position of the cooling ports.
