CLUTCH CABLE HELP
Hi guys hope someone can help here.
I bought my car fully built, and hence I have got no idea what clutch cable was used. It snapped today and need it back on the road as soon as
possible.
The car is a standard car build with a 1300cc crossflow. I hope it is a MK11 Escort cable. Can anyone tell me what type of cable the book
recomends.
4 speed gearbox escort as well.
Cheers
Stuart

best to take the cable to your local parts emporium and get them to match it up,dont try halfords as they are a load of spotty bozo,s

Bit of lateral thinking maybe ?
Did the guy you bought it off build it ?
If so can you look him up and ask him ?
This worked for me when the radio code in her ladyships Disco got screwed.
Even if he didn't build the bus he might still know.
Otherise I concure fully with conrods idea and views on Halfords muppets.
Cheers and good luck
