inlet port shape x20xev

drove the donor for the last time tonight, parked her up and started to take the engine out. got my first look at the ecotec inlet port shape. which means i can make the manifold plate.

I am going to try and do the runners myself maybe even do some casting, I was looking into various resins as a substitute to ali but could'nt find anyhting suitable.

anyone got any ideas?

how much work do you think is necessary to match the port and have the tb's shoot straight to head, or is a runner required

gsxr 750 tb's and x20xev inlet
