Westwood mower service info??

I have a little Westwood lawn tractor (Sleepy Ebay purchase for £16!!) and now it's punctures are fixed, I've made and fitted a new front axle and all the grot has been scraped out of the float bowl, it runs and drives about. But, there are bits broken and bits missing and I'm unsure how to set-up the carbutooter. I've seen the manuals on CD on the old Ebay but I was wondering if you guys had any info or links to a site that does?
Cheers in advance.
(PS. Miss Owelly pointed out that it had no cutter deck. I pointed out that that was a good thing as we have no grass to cut. Just a concrete yard...)
