Weber help - Maidstone

Any Weber experts in the Maidstone area? Just started the Tiger after a winter overhaul and all is well except the carbs. I serviced them and now don't seem to be able to set them up. It runs, but very lumpy. I've done the usual (idle screws 1 and 1/4 turns from seated, attempted to balance with a gauge, slow adjustments of mixture screws) but still no luck!

Yeah at some stage I want to go up there. Not running well enough to get it there though. I have a feeling the ignition timing is out and that it has been hidden up until now by massive idle jets. Now I've put smaller jets in it shows up. I'll try and get it running with the original jets and get it to an RR.

Thanks guys.

Id also agree that BD is about the best around for 50miles when it comes to carbs.
