WANTED O's......

I'm after some hoses for my oil cooler and remote filter. Ideally 1/2" id. About three metres should do it. I also need fittings. All my holes are 1/2" BSPF (fnarf) so I'll use push-on fittings and worm drives.
AND....I need some rubbers for my inlet runners. About 95mm-100mm long with 40mm at one end and 45mm at the other.
Any suggestions? Silicon stuff? Where to get from?
Cheers, Owelly.

There's 1/2"ish o's in my garage - not sure there's 3m of it or whether it's suitable for oil but it's yours for free, nowt and nothing.

I think I got it from Rufforth, which by good fortune is this Saturday so i could always purchase some more for you if you want.

Fine idea!! I'd like to pop over to Rufforth but as Miss O is about to drop any time now, I doubt she'll let me! I'll have a measure (of the hoses, not Miss O)
Cheers.

er, anyway, i know 'nicktheskid' (or similar) is selling a whole load of hose fitting which might be useful? he had a thread on here today about them. might be worth a look to see if you can get what you need

I've got an offcut of 45mm silicon if you want it? Bought a metre to fit the R1 carbs to my old 205 and have probably enough for 4x inlet runners (3" long) left. It doesn't have a 45-40mm reducer but I just did the jubilees up tight...

Well just drop me a shopping list on text message and copy Jacko in too and I'll do a lap of rufforth in search of the right goodies and get it over to you

Do you have a Linden hose depot near you. They will make what you want. My local one is in Aycliffe (i think) but a local motor factor also takes orders for them and sources custom hoses.
