vehicle check

Morning all
What do the majority of you use for checking a vehicle legit, using the reg number. I dont mind paying a couple of quid as long as it gives me the engine number and if the vehicle is stolen or anything like that?
Cheers Guys Jas Gray

How hard can it be?

Try Reg check. Send your reg to 83600.
Costs £3.
Gives info like stolen etc.
Don't think engine numbers given for obvious reasons.
Proper hpi is the way to go if you want to buy the car.

Engine number can be obtained from www.247spares.co.uk

Do the search, then view source on the new page.
Search for enginenumber and you have it.

Also contains loads more info, first reg date, if its an import, VIN# etc etc.
