tigra workshop manual?

Hi changing head gasket on sisters tigra, does anyone have a manual for torque settings? If anyone is fimilar with this engine any tips info would be good

corsa manual will have what you need in it as they are the same car underneath.

go into halfords have a read and walk out.

Best of luck mate, I hope you have arms like pipe cleaners, the strength of ten bears and the patience of a saint.

I have done one (I am no more than a home mechanic though) and it was the worst job I have ever done, still makes me cringe 2 years later.

You either have to disconnect the wiring that passes through the inlet manifold if you leave the lower inlet manifold on the head or unbolt and lift the head up a bit so you can get to the inlet manifold nuts to leave the manifold in the car with the wiring passing through it.

If you don't already hate the plastic duct from the throttle body round the back of the engine you soon will....

Best of luck, I wouldn't do one again.
