WTD STM LOCOST Chassis

For winter rebuild looking for a STM Chassis for my race car, due to meeting with a concrete wall at the Birkett yesterday

part built etc would be ideal

spotted a locost chasssis this morning on either RHOCAR or Piston heads in the kit car section - they were asking about £200 hth

They bought ST, and now do the locost chassis

Thanks I know Steve, but even though he is reasonable was hoping to keep the budget down a bit.

£575 plus VAT for an Aries plays £495 inclusive from LRC through Allied motorsports:

Did you do that much damage Brian?

I thought you'd just snapped a wishbone?

Hope the repair goes without too many dramas mate.

Alas no. It hit on the front off side corner, skewed round smacking the radiator into the chassis, snapped the top RH wishbone, bent the bottom one, probably knacked my new protech damper, distorted the suspension mounting points....

Don't know yet what it has done to the chassis straightness....

Decided to get PROCOMP to work their magic on my car but still after a chassis as fancy building a spare
