Quaife 5 speed SCCR Gearbox SOLD
Quaife 5 speed SCCR Gearbox, based on stronger V6 long input shaft type 9, purchased from quaife when new.
Just been refreshed less than 200 miles ago, where all it needed was new syncros on first and second.
Ratios
1st - 2.04
2nd - 1.54
3rd - 1.21
4th - 1:1
5th - 0.93
due to longer input shaft, alloy spacer supplied + longer bell housing bolts which fits between bell housing and box, moves box 1" further back
in chassis.
Alloy nose lenghened for use with cable clutch and speedo drive fitted for use with cable speedo.
Comes with alloy top cover with built in breather.
Always ran on redline lightweight shockproof gear oil.
Using one of these boxes totally transformed the car far greater than any engine mod, bolt in and ready to go, lovely box.
