I bought a similar one from aldi for £60 but badged differently. Works well but can blurr slightly on very fast action. Otherwise brilliantly clear picture

Personally I would look for somethin that has optical zoom if possible as you lose clarity when going to digital. If you can find one with an AV input you could always add a bullet cam at some point should you need too.

Wait until the sales unless your desperate you may get a £200 camcorder for your £150

Would you be interested in a hardly used 2nd hand one?

If you are I will get it down and take some pics and get some specs for you...

It's a Sony MiniDV one...

It is a JVC GR-DVX707EK

Sorry, I know I said Sony before! Just goes to show how much I've used it!!!

Everything about it is in perfect condition inluding lens etc...

Here's a link to the only one on ebay (although this one's faulty)
http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/JVC-GR-DVX707EK-GR-DVX707-PAL-Faulty_W0QQitemZ120506930634QQcmdZViewItemQQptZUK_AudioTVElectronics_Video_Camcorders?hash=item1c0 ec5d5ca

And here's a link to a google search of the camera:
http://www.google.co.uk/search?hl=en&source=hp&q=jvc+gr-dvx707ek&meta=&aq=1&oq=jvc+gr-dvx

There is an Antler mini camcorder soft leather case, the charger, leads and remote are all there along with a few spare digital cassettes.

It's a Mini DV camera by the way!

If you're interested, I'll take a couple of pics and put them on here if you'd like.

Cheers,
Steve

The Camileo range isn't made my Toshiba, it's just rebranded chinese stuff. The older models were pretty awful; but can't find much on the S20.
