Lovely day here, though a bit fresh. Just been out for a not-so-quick 25 miles on the bicycle.

Starting the training for the off road London to Brighton.

Ahhh my legs ache

Just been out for a blat around Suffolk (Stowmarket to Bury St Edmunds and back) to pick up some bits for todays garage antics.... I try to go out at least once a month to make sure everything is kept in running condition.
It's a bit soggy out on the roads so the back end was fun on roundabouts...

Why is the back end off Dan? Would have been out but have just managed to get all of my powdercoating off the chassis this weekend.
