shiny bits of fraud im afraid.

Natwest are on it. Worrying thing is I think the card may have been nicked as I had it at the co-op last night and now cant find it.

I hope they dont count the fact I didnt mark the card as lost/stolen as a reason not to reimburse.

Oh and it looks like they bought £30 of O2 top up vouchers and 2 x £300 pay as you go phones

from internet or from supermarket? if your pin was used, make sure you notify Co-op now so they can save the cctv to see who was behind you in the queue that was able to see your pin.

the only way if found out was the bank phoned me to ask if i was in canada thrying to withdraw £2k worth of canadian dollars.

Keep on top of Natwest, the wife had a similar experience recently we had to literally threaten to close all our accounts if they didn't take action against the thieving little scrote!

Hope you get this sorted!
I think they ask that you notify them within 24hours of realising that your card is missing!

I was quite pleased with my bank while on holiday. When I tried to withdraw some cash the transaction failed. I received a phonecall from them asking me to confirm my location & was told my card would be reactivated in 5 minutes!
