IVA - Do side lights have to extinguish when main or dipped beam on?

I can't find anything in the manual to confirm this but do the sidelights have to go off when the dipped or main beam is on? The reason I ask is because currently my rear lights only come on with sides but if these don't need to go off I should be ok?

In fact, just thinking about it I'm not sure what is normal on the tintop?

Side lights should stay on with the head lights -- both dip and main beam.

The sides front sides stay on.

They rears are switched to come on when the sides turn on and shouln't be wired to the main and dip

(Think this is correct)

Side lights are on a different circuit so they should stay on.

The power for the headlights is through the sides so you can't have the headlights on without the sides usually.

yours, Pete

I went into the RSPCA office the other day. It was so small you could hardly swing a cat in there.
