Wanted: 2.3Diesel MT75
Hi all,
I'm looking for an MT75 from a 2.3 Diesel Sierra, or possibly a late 2.3DOHC Scorpio.
I only want it for the 0.75:1 (or 0.76:1?) 5th gear set, so overall condition is not an issue.
Come on all you BEC people: You've had all the 2.3D diffs, so you must have a pile of gearboxes somewhere!
Alternatively, does anyone know the ford part numbers for the 5th gear mainshaft & layshaft gears? Do ford still support the MT75?
Cheers
Terry

Thanks for the replies:
Vindi: Yes the 2.0 twink has a 0.83:1 5th (and a much lower 1st)
redscamp: most of them have been broken just for the diff. (3.08:1 or something like that)
JAMSTER: thanks for linky. That might be the one. depends on what year, I think.
Cheers
Terry
