At least it was a worthy speed for a big fine, you have to feel sorry for the guy on a harley who got 95k for doing 47mph in a 30.
It is a good system they have though!

Why? He's the boss of Nokia, so the financial impact of that £95k fine is probably commensurate to the impact the fine you or I would be hit
with here in the UK!
