Do you know how to get silicone sealant of fibreglass!!!!

Any ideas how to get silicone sealant from fibreglass wheel arches. This is the smooth side.

Scalpel close to fibreglass then just rub of with thunb

use a 'toffee wheel' - only a few quid off ebay and works lovely..

Yeah, its really got to be mechanical. Its a bugger for sure. One reason of many i prefer polyurethane.

You can get a product called "silcone eater", it comes in a half size sealant gun tube.
It's designed for use in bathrooms so it is safe on fibreglass. It'll also eliminate any risk of marking the finish, like using a Stanley blade.

I think B&Q sell it.

If you have excess bonding agent on a windscreen, could a toffee wheel be used to remove the excess?

bring to the heat...add beef, 3tsp fish sauce, 1tsp light brown sugar, 1tsp of ginger and fry until cooked; then add 2 chopped spring onions, and 2 chopped red chillies and fry for another 3 minutes....

White spirit will dissolve silicone sealant but not sure if it will damage gel-coat ???

Use it all the time at work.
