There's always the YHA at Pen-y-gwyrd (top of the Llanberis Pass). The scenery outside the front door is amazing.
Or try Pete's Eats in the centre of Llanberis. They recently started offering accomodation and the food's good, too!

Pete's Eats is fabulous for food - not stayed but reckon it will be ok.

I've stayed in the Prince of Wales hunting lodge. Its half way up Mount Snowdon and the road stops a good mile short. Its not got any mains but has solar panels. Its a great place for lots of you to stay but probably not for what you want.

I've been here a few times...

Food and beers in the pub are fantastic and the campsite down the road is nice too - great view of snowdon in the morning. Can either camp or stay in the bunkhouse if you like comfort.

I take it you're riding up Snowdon?

Plas y Brenin http://www.pyb.co.uk/ used to do B&B at quite good rates. I don't know if they still do though.

There's a time limit when you're allowed on the Snowdon path with a bike. Not sure if it's only summer months or what time. It was brought in due to the numbers coming down at high speed with little regard for walkers.

Might be worth checking the National park web site.
